Jobs & The Economy
Under Senator Walker’s leadership to pass the largest income tax cut in state history, slashing red tape on small business, and establishing tax credits for companies to come to our community, Larry has brought more than 6,000 quality jobs to middle Georgia.
Healthcare
Everyone should have reasonable access to healthcare, no matter where they live. That’s why Larry has worked to stabilize and improve access to rural hospitals to improve the lives of Georgian’s everywhere. Senator Walker is working closely with Governor Kemp and Lt. Governor Jones to aggressively address the current coronavirus outbreak.
Agriculture
Our farmers don’t just feed Middle Georgia’s families, they feed the entire world. That’s why Larry has worked to strengthen our agriculture water use metering program and passed a relief package for timberland owners in the wake of Hurricane Michael to rebuild and revitalize our state’s agriculture industry.
Military
On the Military and Veteran’s Affairs Committee, Senator Walker has supported Robins AFB and helped champion over two dozen pieces of legislation to protect Robins, our veterans, and service men and women. He has also led the way for our bringing quality, well-paying jobs to our service members and their families through the creation of military economic opportunity zones.
Education
Our kids deserve to have the skills they need to thrive in a 21st Century economy. That’s why Senator Walker has worked to fully fund education to give teacher’s a well-deserved pay raise and expand workforce development so they can succeed and one day raise a family of their own in the same community they grew up in.
Conservative Values
Senator Walker is the conservative champion we not only trust, but need, to be our voice under the Gold Dome. He was instrumental in the fight for the Heartbeat Bill and extending protections to the unborn and protecting our 2nd Amendment rights.
